Returns & Refunds policy
Thank you for choosing Bloom Supply Co. Each one of our products are crafted one line at a time, meaning slight variations and unique characteristics are part of the handmade charm. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following return and refund guidelines:
1. Refund Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or has a significant defect beyond expected handmade variations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or offer a full refund.
Non-defective Returns: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, reach out to us, and we’ll see what we can do to make it right.
2. Process for Returns and Refunds
Contact Us: Send an email to hello@bloomsupplyco.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.
Resolution Options: After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
3. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: For eligible returns or exchanges, we may provide a prepaid shipping label or refund reasonable shipping costs. If the return is due to personal preference, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Exclusions
Custom Orders: Custom-designed items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Expected Variations: Small variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in our 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
